1. MENTORING

We believe mentoring is critical. Every member will have access to mentors, and have periodic mentor meetings. 

After an initial period of being mentored, you will be asked to mentor another leader.

Members also receive several personal coaching calls per year and have access to discounted rates for additional personal coaching.

2. COMMUNITY

Key leaders lead ministry-specific working groups called Catalyst groups; see the list below.

They will lead special member-only calls three times a month, gathering in the Catalyst groups for encouragement, collaboration and peer mentoring.

 

3. STRATEGY

In our online “HUB” call the first Wednesday of each month you’ll hear unique messages from Kingdom leaders bringing strategic insights that you won’t hear elsewhere, with lots of Q&A with the presenter and leaders on the call.

There will also be strategic training in the member connect calls.

4. PROPHETIC

Our goal is to combine the Supernatural with the Superpractical, bringing a focus on the person and work of the Holy Spirit to guide and empower our leadership.

Also, we have personal prayer and prophetic ministry in the weekly member connection calls.

5. TOOLS

Members will receive leadership-specific training courses.

Members will have access to a huge library of MasterClasses, courses and other video training materials, many with course notes.

Members will also have discounted access to the Pastor’s Coach assessments; these are powerful tools for pastors to identify issues and develop solutions for health and growth.

And members will have discounted access to the Destiny Finder tools including the new Journey Guide – the most advanced discipleship and personal ministry development tool available.
